Included with any package and membership is all our pole dance and fitness classes, as well as our specialty conditioning classes to support in your growth and safe progression.
Classes are held on evenings all week, with noon time conditioning classes Monday-Thursday. Ranging from beginner friendly through advanced.
We also offer member and community events, along with specialty courses all aimed at getting you moving, dancing, and embracing your beautiful self with our inclusive community!
