What you experience:
No experience required.
Active stretch 1 ( stretchability) is a functional movement, mobility and
conditioning class for beginners and up. Focusing on whole body mobility, opening the hips and shoulders, and increasing range of motion using mobility exercises, combined with some active flexibility exercises. This is functional strength and conditioning.
In stretch 1, we focus on inversion prep as well as focused mobility to improve agility and dynamic strength. Amazing for pole, aerialists, and just to feel amazing!
Our stretch classes are designed to improve whole body movement, coordination, and performance.
What to wear:
wear leggings for comfort. socks or bare feet only.
Note: no outside shoes allowed in studio.

A continuation from whole body, into a focus on shoulder and hip dynamics and balance and working into active exercise for splits training . This class is for creating range of motion, moving into flexibility, coordination, and performance stamina.
